When you submit an inquiry through our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the contact details you provide, including your name, email address and phone number.

We use these details to respond to your inquiry, explain our services and answer your questions. Dr. Tella may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Our forms and communications use third-party platforms, including Meta, Squarespace and email providers. These platforms process information under their own privacy policies and may process or store information outside Canada. Contact us with questions about the providers used for your inquiry.

We limit access to inquiry information to those who need it to respond to your request and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry and applicable business or legal purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent to further contact, or request deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Please do not submit medical history or other sensitive health information through advertising lead forms. Clinical intake and treatment records are handled separately.
